The spider has some ghostly features but is in fact just a spider.
It is about 1m high and long. His blood is silver/blue. It lives around
underwater rivers where it is dark and moist and feeds on the
creatures that live in those rivers (little fish, prawns and such).
The males and females are just as bright coloured but in mating season
the males start to glow to attract females.

It hunts by positioning his legs on each side of a stream and his chest in the
water. His body looks big and heavy but is in fact for the most part filled with air
so it can float on water. His chest is covered with moss, that he collects and
attaches on little hairs on his chest, which the prey will try to feed on.
Between the moss there are sticky hooks, not strong enough to hold the prey
but the prey will be stuck long enough for him to catch it with 2 of his legs and fangs.
